"Went for a work event and it was a decent space. This is just a regular old hotel next to the airport. Trying to get here during rush hour is a chore, but they have plenty of parking and they keep the hotel clean all around. Not a bad place for a Christmas party and the rooms were comfortable."

"My stay here was overall good. The hotel was nice and clean and close to the airport, which was a plus. Upon check-in I had to pay a $25 parking fee, that I didn't know was coming my way, but I thought about it and I said "it's close to the airport, so they are going to try to get all the money out of me' after going to my room, I didn't really mind anymore. I really enjoyed their spacious lobby and caught up on some reading that day. Even though the room was really small, it was quiet and super clean which made me forget about how small the room was for how much I was paying. The bad part: The hotel manager Denise bangs on my door at 10:45 in the morning like I was at an outdoor camp or something, stating that everyone needed to be out of the room by 11:00am. I have stayed at many hotels over the years and never had this happen. I'm always respectful and check out on time, but to have someone bang on the door while I'm packing my suitcase and get ready to leave was uncalled for. Not just on my door, but multiple doors down the hall. I simply opened the door and looked her in the eye and said thank you and closed the door. One time when I did over sleep many years ago in another hotel, I had the front desk call me in the room to tell me check-out was 20 minutes ago and they were so polite, but never someone banging on my door 15 minutes before check out. Unprofessional. Overally I enjoyed my stay but not the last part, especially for the amount of money I paid. I may atay again if I'm catching an early flight, but I doubt it."

"I stayed here for a brief overnight, but it’s not my first time. This hotel is convenient to access the airport and the beds are extremely comfortable. Have a few complaints though…the gym windows need to have privacy/frosting. The gym is right by the elevators with heavy traffic and everyone can see you working out; it’s uncomfortable. Also, the gym is freezing - there is no thermostat, so bundle up before your winter workouts. The gym floors were especially dirty in the stretching area. Gross!! My room didn’t have any creamer in my coffee station. When called to request, I was told no one was on staff until 6am to bring be creamer but I could go to the lobby. Lastly, my toilet was broken and ran all night."

"The two stars are for the mattress and topper. They were comfy. But the comforter left a lot to be desired. So thin it was like an extra sheet. No ability to warm at all. So I like to sleep with a cool room but I froze the first night. And had to either borrow a blanket from my daughter who lives here or turn the temp way up. Also the pillows were horrible. No down or down alternative. Just lumpy. The room and bathroom were clean. And, as I was on a club floor, the lounge was nice and food options decent. But the comforters and pillows need to be upgraded. Those alone will cause me to stay somewhere else for my next trip to PDX."

"We hosted a formal birthday celebration at this hotel. Everything went amazing! Friendly and helpful staff from events coordinator to banquet manager and servers. They made everything so seamless and stress free. Food was delicious and the dessert spread was more than I expected. It was all great! We also stayed the night and the suite given to us was perfect."
