"If I could give them no stars I would!! To have the word "services" in their title is misleading at best and dishonest. They don't "serve" anything other than their own financial interest. If you have an appointment they don't honor it and if you need to be seen they conveniently re-schedule you until they have availability to perform "less profitable" services. Do yourself a favor if your Dr. EVER recommends you to see these charlatans you're better off waiting to see someone else and god forbid you have a serious illness because you will die before they see you unless there's money to be made and they will gladly push you to the front of the line."
"I have struggled since going to this provider to obtain the medical supplies I need. I struggle to get a call back, when I cannot get the supplies. I do not believe that I am so unreasonable - I need catheters, when I don't have them I get a UTI and a fever and a back ache etc. If this office is so busy they need to stop accepting new patients."
"I have been trying to schedule an appointment. They said it would be two weeks heard nothing. I called and was told she is very busy with scheduling other appointments and would have to call me back still nothing. I know that they are busy everyday but come on!"
"BEEN ON HOLD 2XS today...so far they have picked up the line and hung up after waiting 38 min each. 10 17 2023 been in hold since 220pm. Going to report this to my insurance as they expect a higher standard for their providers."
