"I've been coming here for about 4 years now and have been super happy with my choice both as my primary care, mental health profession, and my gyn. I've come to them with a myriad of questions, concerns (usually literal lists) and Carmela, Lydia, Michelle, and now Alexa have all been more than willing to listen to and address my concerns. Sometimes that has meant a referral to a specialist, sometimes its medicine, sometimes a monitor/wait and see approach. They are happy to incorporate or suggest more "natural" medicine forms such as massage, chiro, and acupuncture if that is a route you wish to explore, but they also don't force it if you prefer a more traditional medical approach. I can honestly say that I have never felt dismissed or not listened to, which is a relief. They have all been extremely caring, concerned, and empathetic. The front staff has also always been so friendly and amazingly accommodating, whether that's trying to squeeze in an asap appointment, or calling them to get information or prescriptions faxed. My only gripes are that their online platform system and the cosmetic ads Their online platform is not compatible with mychart, so there is a disconnect between my multicare specialists and my primary care. Their scheduling software is also a bit funky in that they cant schedule too far ahead, like its usually only open for schedule like a month in advance. Additionally, I dont love the many advertisements for various cosmetic procedures they have posted throughout the office, although I have noticed that in the other doctors office in town that I've been to, so maybe it's just the norm around here? Overall, I really appreciate the services they provide and have only had positive interactions with all the staff here. I had to choose a new insurance plan for next year and confirmed which insurance plans they take, and chose mine largely based on that because I really really don't want to have to find a new primary/mental health/gyno again. I found a winner for me, so I'm sticking with them!"

"If I could leave zero I would. Was just told my pain is fraudulent for insurance purposes even though a mere touch of my uterus has me in tears. Meanwhile I'm getting botox texts. Guess they care more about the outside."

"While service was excellent (first visit) I'm pretty taken back by the amount of "I'm not good enough" adverts in the place. Botox, fillers, machines..."

"I've been a patient at Advanced Women's Health for many many years. I absolutely love them! My current primary care provider is Lydia Miller. She's incredibly thorough and caring. She's recently taken over ownership along with another provider there, and I'm sure it'll continue to be a wonderful place. They offer more services than just primary care. My gynecologist Michelle is also wonderful. They've offered massage, counseling, nutrition, chiropractic, and other services in the past. I don't currently utilize other services so I don't know exactly what they offer right now. The office staff and medical assistants are very friendly and professional and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. They're almost always running right on time or very close to it, and that's incredibly rare in the medical field, which I know a bit about since I'm an RN myself. I'll expect I'll be a patient there for as long as they stay open."
