I will say I had an appointment and finally saw someone after two hours of waiting in the lobby. Other than that, had a great experience for my first visit with this clinic."

"I read reviews that put this clinic down and was initially slightly hesitant because of this. I have to disagree with the negative reviews. I was treated with compassion and respect from the moment I called to make my appointment all the way to end. I decided to write this personal account to give something back for the support that I received from Cedar River Clinic - and also for all the other women who might be scared and stressed in this moment. The staff, particularly - the RN’s and provider - listened to me and helped me feel better about my decision, especially when I needed it the most. I was told over the phone that I would need to reserve 3-5 hours of my day for this appointment and sure enough I was there for 4. I was aware of this, so it is what I expected, I didn’t mind waiting to know that this team was taking their time to provide the best possible care they could for their patients. After it was over, I left the clinic feeling ultimately relieved - albeit a bit sad. It’s a strange feeling - but I am happy that it’s over and I can move on with my life. Thank you for making this most difficult time in my life as easy as it could possibly be - I thank you from the bottom of my heart."
