"I don’t normally write reviews but it seems necessary at this point. I’ve been taking my child to the pediatric wing of this clinic for about a year. The first time I was there, the waiting room was dirty. I brushed it off. The next several times we were there we had to wait for over 40 minutes even though I’d get there 15 minutes early. Same goes for the dental office. My child got a high fever at 6 months and they told me that they wouldn’t help me until their temp reached over 104. At that point you go to the ER. That is dangerously high for any child, especially a small baby. It made me feel so helpless. I had to call many times and practically beg for someone to see my kid. At that appointment, the doctor was cold and barely spoke to us. Reception was okay until it wasn’t. When I took my child to their 12 month appointment, the medical assistant was was rough when trying to draw blood for the hemoglobin test as well as the vaccine.The last time I took my child for their WCC, my husband conveyed to me that the medical assistant was very impatient with our child. I called and asked if he was going to get a vaccine that day, they said no. But they administered a vaxx anyways. They don’t seem to have good communication skills or they don’t update their patients charts in a timely manner. Not to mention that their equipment always seems to be broken. They don’t accurately measure and weigh my kid. However, I will say that when I spoke to my pediatrician about this matter, she said she would speak with her manager and the medical assistant. Haven’t heard anything back since then. It’s unfortunate, but I will be switching clinics."

"whenever im in the clinic the staff is always kind and professional but my god reaching yall from the phone literally makes me want to turn my wheel into on coming traffic. ive been listening to the hold line music for 20 min because they’re experiencing “higher volumes of clients than usual” (which is what it says every time I call despite day or time). ive tried my best to be patient but im so confused bc the phone service has been like this for the last few years."

"The dental staff are out of this world above and beyond. This clinic is perfect for anyone with dental anxieties, or has had shoddy work in the past. My dentist made sure I was comfortable the whole time. and his work on my teeth made them look completely natural, you can't even tell where the work was done. The staff member Kathy also gets an A+ Not only did she answer all my questions regarding some complications after a root canal, she helped me find the best possible ways to pay for all the work done in the clinic."

"Actually, they deserve 0 stars. Last week, I suppose I have an appointment with Dr. Tyrone. They didn't tell me he called in sick. And the person in the office never said sorry for that, and she didn't ask me if I want to reschedule, she did it by herself, and she rescheduled for today Friday, I came back, the same person in the office, she said oh your appointment was last week 10/13th, I told I came in and the doctor didn't show up and you reschedule it for today and I showed he the card with her handwriting saying that my appointment is today, she kept looking in the computer and went somewhere then she came back, then she said I'm sorry but if you want to reschedule it or talk to a nurse. I'm so mad, I really need my medicine for my chronic terrible migraine and my stomach issues, I'm out of my medicine now. Zero zero zero customer service. I have to find another provider. I'm really mad."

"Dr. Emerick had been my PCP for a year and she has been absolutely wonderful. Always listens to my concerns and does whatever she can to fix them. Unfortunately she is super busy (which I know isn’t her fault) so it can be really hard to be seen for any urgent matter, so I often go to urgent care for those. But I book my regular doctors visits a few months in advance and like the quality of care I receive."
