"Every time I’ve gone to this location there’s always been some issue, so from now on, I will be going to the location in Scappoose."

"Today was my first new patient appointment and I truly felt comfortable and welcomed by the staff. From front desk to the assistants, Doctor and ordering my contacts, everyone was professional and respectful. So happy to have found a great place for my eye care. Dr Sarah was amazing and very nice. Glad I made the choice to come here."

"First time visit, was referred by my primary care at Legacy. I was very happy with the service provided by the front reception team. The doctor was thorough in explaining what he'd found and how it related to my concerns and referral. An additional photo of my retinas was offered and was well worth the nominal cost (family history of blindness and diabetes). I ended up being so happy with everyone's authenticity and helpfulness that I chose to purchase new frames and lenses directly from them, as I feel they would be invaluable support in the event I struggle with the new prescription and frames/lenses. Overall really impressed with the quality of my visit and the options that I was given. I feel like I was able to make a wise investment in my health instead of feeling burdened by costs. Thank you!"

"The doctor i saw was super awsome and he did the most therow eye exame i have ever had done. It made me feel alot better about some things. The lady i sat with to pick frames made me feel like i needed to rush witb the vibe she was giving. She wasnt rude or anything but she just disnt seem happy to.be there that day maybe"

"Called one morning to inquire about my child's glasses was told their shipment had not came in yet but would let me know as soon as glasses did. Received a phone call later that afternoon so i told them we would be in most likely the next day. Went in the next day after I pulled my child out of school and was told my sons glasses had not come in yet and that I had never received a phone call. I'm not sure how I fake a phone call from a business saying my sons glasses are in seeing as this business is in my phone. We were not happy. Left that day and not even 3 hours later got a call saying my sons glasses were in. Went in on Saturday they had ordered the wrong pair and the frames were broken. People in St. Helens ask why people don't keep their business local this service is exactly why. We will be taking our business back to Walmart where we have a great warranty ( these guys said they did but didn't bother to explain it to us till after paperwork was already out through OUR BAD), we have never had a problem with Walmarts service, but wanted to give a local company a chance. Wrong choice!"
