"I absolutely hate staying in any hospital but this place and their staff are amazing! I was admitted to the second floor and was treated like a king. Brittany, Elli, Mark, Selena, & the rest of the staff were a class act. They actually treated me like as if I was family to them. What a great experience"

"I'm trying again to get an appointment with the Imaging Dept on the phone, I've been put on hold now for over 1 hour. My previous effort took 45 minutes. Prior to that I had my original appointment, my first time to Allenmore, but there were no directions where to go. I showed up 20 minutes early - I thought it would be easy to ask the front desk where to go. Wrong - there was no front desk. I wandered numerous buildings on their campus, while calling for directions, and again was on hold for 40 minutes (hence, late for my appt) where I was informed I was on the wrong side of the hospital. I was reassured they would still get me in for my medical test. Getting to the correct building the front desk was confused about the appointment, finally having to call a supervisor - this took another 15 minutes. Then I waited 15-20 minutes in the waiting room before a tech finally came out to inform me they couldn't see me. I am happy with my Primary Care Dr, but my experience with Allenmore Hospital is making me look toward transfer my families care to Providence or some other provider."

"I have been to this hospital twice and have had wonderful experiences both times! Dr. Leaza Dierwechter and her team removed my husband’s appendix a year or two ago (which went very smoothly) and by a happy coincidence she ended up being the one to take on the procedure i had done as well! She is an amazing doctor with a warm temperament and a splendid sense of humor! She made me feel safe and comfortable while there and it was an incredibly positive experience! I would trust this doctor hands down and should i need any help in the future I will make sure to go to Allenmore hospital. P.s. the nurses have all been pleasant to work with as well and i wish them all good luck and happiness in their jobs!"
