"I walked in confused and unsure of what I wanted because I get terrible luck with vapes. I met Sean and that all changed. The poor guy got slammed while I was here but he was so very patient and managed the store amazingly by himself. I waited to ask my more in depth questions but he never failed to provide 5 star customer service and gave a wonderful explanation for each question I had. WHEN I come back I will be asking for Sean. I bought some really good flavor of vapes that I feel confident in and some extras :)"
"I've been coming here for years and decided my time had come to leave a review. Convenient, open late, and some of the friendliest folks to help you out. Tyler and Sean are usually the two working when I come through and they always have me leaving with a smile. They are some seriously amazing people, so much so that I will literally drive out of my way just to come here and shop. The house brand Kratom is also top notch. What more could you ask for? Love this place and especially the people!"
"I have been shopping at the HOP Hillsboro location for almost 10 years. I am a disabled Veteran and I have a very hard time walking, so the drive up window is very convenient for me. They always have the best prices and the most extensive inventory of any smoke shop I’ve ever seen. As far as customer service goes, everyone is very nice and extremely knowledgeable of the products they carry. Tyler helped me last night and I have to say how friendly he was. I think it goes a long way in business to develop a relationship with your customers and Tyler is one of the reasons I’ll continue doing business with the Hillsboro location!"
