"We had a great visit to the market! Great place to get local fruits and vegetables, jams, jellies, wine, and a variety of other items. Check out the unique gift shop items, and the plants and flowers. Have a beer or glass of wine around the fire pit while you watch the free-range livestock. And dont forget to have a piece of pie and take home some fresh meat or poultry.if"

"Helvetia Farm is a heavenly place to spend an afternoon. This is a true farm-to-table market with local products. Enjoy a cup of coffee from their cafe on the massive porch or browse the market for seasonal goodies. You never know what you might find... fresh veggies, handmade soap, a delicious treat, or ingredients to try out a new recipe at home. Sometimes there is a food truck on site. You can also participate in one of their many events throughout the year, like pick your own bouquet or a s'mores cookout. They have a newsletter if you want a digital headsup on their events. The location is just outside the city but feels like you are a million miles away. Take in the beautiful scenery farm animals, and fresh air. It is the perfect place to escape for a few hours."
