"I decided the night before New Year's Eve day that I really wanted a brow wax. I haven't been for a brow wax in years, but wanted to look extra nice this NYE and decided to try to get one. I read some reviews and booked with Kayla here at EWC. What a pleasure! I was greeted warmly by the woman at the front desk; she chatted with me and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Kayla was upbeat, positive, and profession. Her attention to detail was awesome and I loved how she took the time to listen carefully to me and then come up with a plan for my "brow ambitions." The best surprise was the wax: didn't hurt a bit and the small amount of redness after the waxing disappeared within an hour. I looked great for my NYE night out!
