The gentleman was very confident and kind, he calmed me down and in one swift motion removed the stuck earring.He was very skilled and comforting. He gave me a really amazing little biochemistry lesson on using stainless steel jewelry vs bioflex when the site is healing. So make sure you get an experienced piercer. Like this amazing man who has 35 years experience. He's friendly too, imagine that."
