"I came in to get a fairly specific cut. I explained what I wanted and showed a picture of how it might look like after the cut, but it was basically a bob that was not what I wanted at all!! I was not able to go back to try to have them redo it because I was going out of town and was not able to go back in the time that I needed to get it recut due to the time on my receipt."
