"Got my eyebrows waxed, the wax was too hot and burned my skin.. I showed the owner I believe he was and he asked if I had sensitive skin, I told him I've been waxing for 40 years and never had this problem. I then asked for my money back, he said no refunds. I got no apology from him either. Beware if you get waxed at this establishment, you may get injured and they don't care. "First time i went everything was fine after that to get a fill was a nightmare. And apparently from the nail lifting that wasn’t glued down properly was getting moisture underneath it and caused me to have what they call a greenie. Now i have to wait to grow the nail fungus out."

"Covid-conscientious and safe. The staff is amazingly friendly and personable. And I really wanted to like them. I was hopeful and happy through out. It looked like it was going well. But when he finished and said okay. I was heartbroken. I haven’t been able to get my nails done in over 2 years. And I have debilitating anxiety so arguing or complaining is not an option for me. But this. He didn’t spread the acrylic over my entire nail beds and instead basically made hills over 7/8 of each nail. He didn’t seal any of the edges tip or sides and left all of the shavings on the underside from filing them. To add further insult, he charged extra for a “special design” of which he had my phone with the picture open to stare at as he worked. I’m literally sitting in my car crying. The female did an amazing job on my friends nails. I’m showing pictures of mine as well as the picture of what I wanted done. We paid 65 for my nails. My friend paid before mine were done. I just don’t see how this is remotely acceptable or how anyone could see these and consider them being done well."
