"I’m not usually the one to write reviews but I had to for this. I used to go to Iris all the time but their prices have gone up dramatically. My friend informed me that they were doing 40% off so we decided to go. They almost didn’t offer me the 40% off because I didn’t “get the code sent to me” even though I confirmed on the phone before booking that I would receive the 40% off.. in regards to the actual pedicure itself, I’m disappointed. I had black shellac on my toes prior, granted the polish was very grown out, they didn’t even remove the existing polish! You can see the black on my toes!! They cut my toes unevenly. I had to come home and file them myself. Messy job . My friends daughter also came in for her first mani and pedi! Suppose to be a fun experience and they were getting frustrated with her for moving a tiny bit.. Not happy with the experience at all."

"My friends and I have been going to Iris for years. The space is lovely and the technicians are friendly. However, the price for a basic pedicure has gone up so much over the past couple of years, I feel like it's not worth it anymore. Their base price starts at around $50 and goes up from there. We usually upgrade but now this means that our pedis are over $70 each! This would be all well & good(ish) except nothing exceptional has been added. In fact, it seems like the time in the chair, the massage and the overall experience has been shortened. I give three stars for the friendly staff and the pedicure itself is not bad but for that kind of money, I would expect an amazing leg & foot massage and at least two coats of polish on my toes. Nope. Just one! So sad to say this but I don't think I or my friends will be back."
