"This branch has went down hill now for the last 2 years plus. Customer service sticks.....and our roof load that was scheduled for 1 oclock yesterday. Then got pushed back to 3 oclock.....NEVER GOT DELIVERED at all. Snohomish branch has some good peuple ....but avoid these jokers at all cost"
"In the past I was able to pick up small amounts of flashing or roofing material for small projects. I just picked through a collection of broken bundles and metal with accidental extra bends. That’s no longer available due to “liability”. Looks like they’ve gone corporate. Still a reasonable place to check price and availability for larger projects. WINTER HOURS (in effect now) are 1/2 hour shorter than Summer hours shown in the description, so double check if you might be trying to stop by at the end of the day. See photo."

"I've been in the roofing industry for 19 years. Over the years I've been romanced by several different suppliers promising me the moon. The simple fact is that Everett's ABR branch says they'll move mountains for you and delivers every time. In this business, keeping on schedule is everything. The over qualified staff at Everett's ABR branch is always there to help with anything I've ever needed. They go out of their way to treat all of their customers like you are their only customer. When you walk in the building it feels like a corner hardware store. They greet you with a friendly face and do whatever they can to help. Their will call orders are fast and extremely organized. My guys drop in and get back on the road which is important for my bottom line. I have never had such a seamless working relationship with a supplier before. I strongly suggest using this company and look forward to many more years with the friends I've made there."
