"Whoever works at the front desk for paint had very poor customer service. Called asking questions about why a paint couldn't be returned and told me that its customizable. Well ok, but what does that mean? I did not ask to make it customizable, so from my perspective it's not. The gentleman laughed at me, and made me feel incompetent in my question. I had a fair question asking about why I couldn't return a gallon of paint, and to understand why its "customizable", and got laughed at in return and he was unclear and not willing to help me understand. Never going to the Everett Home Depot again. You lost a customer."
