"Becareful with tool rental, they charge you for the time that they are not at their desk ,I was waiting for 30-40 min for the associate to get there because he was on break, and he come back he charged for the "extra" time that I was late ,when I told him that I was there earlier he just say,well the system won't let me do anything it charged automatically, costumer service sucks ."

"Low stock, didn't have a propane grill regulator. Got some grout cleaner. Loved the employees and the manager at the front discussing the issues with management and other employees. Five employees at the front with no check stands open. Only self checkout. Not one person asked me if I needed help. One said have a nice day, I said the same."

"I just left this store and I won’t be coming back! It is extremely difficult to get help from the staff! There is only self checkout and one person who didn’t know what she was doing! I bought 3 pieces of molding that were priced at $10.34. When I got to the checkout they were over $15 each! When I pointed it out to her she shrugged her shoulders and said I don’t know! I can’t go look! So I had to leave my stuff and go take a picture! Meanwhile there are about 20 employees walking around ignoring customers!!"

"I am writing this review to express my disappointment and concern over a recent experience at this Home Depot. My wife, who is a person of color, faced discrimination while we were trying to purchase a Christmas Tree. Unfortunately, the tree we wanted was sold out, so she approached an associate to inquire about purchasing the floor model. However, she was told that it was not possible. To our shock, another customer, who was not a person of color, asked about the same tree and was allowed to purchase the floor model right in front of us -- mind you the associate was staring at us the whole time we were standing there. In response, I called to voice my complaint to a manager. However, instead of addressing our valid concerns, the manager focused on the specific model and informed us that they could not sell that particular tree. Although the model we wanted did not exactly match the floor model, our issue was primarily about the manager's approval to sell the same tree to the other customer who had just made the same inquiry. Unfortunately, the manager continuously insisted that it was not the same tree, disregarding our point. The dismissive attitude and unequal treatment we experienced during this incident were unacceptable. Discrimination has no place in any establishment, and it is disheartening to encounter such behavior. I truly hope that you take this feedback seriously and take appropriate steps to address these issues in order to ensure a fair and inclusive shopping environment for all customers."

"Its the standard Home Depot, exactly what you would expect. They have what you need for your projects among the row after row of many things. They also deliver. The website can be used to show what this particular store has. we have spent many times in the garden center. Great selection of dirt, potting soils, and containers. They have a great holiday selection when its time for Christmas or Halloween things. Why the 4 stars? Because of the location on airport way and 99 can be a little sketchy. There is almost always an arrest happening on the street and this isnt the fault of home depot in any way. its just the neighborhood. Everett police have stepped up patrols in this area, but unfortunately you will want to park close to the store and not on the far end of the parking lot."
