"Monique did a phenomenal job with my hair. She took down my extremely matted Crochet (Put in by another stylist) and left my long hair flowing beautifully without pulling out, cutting out or damaging my hair. She was patient, used great products and really gave my hair the care it needed! It is great to have a local stylist who specializes in African American/ Ethnic hair. Well worth the cost!"

"I highly recommend Illuminate salon with Sammy, she's very knowledgeable and gifted. My hair cuts are always what I want and what looks best for my fragile hair that's growing back after losing half of it due to ill health. The color and highlights she uses are gentle, lasts a long time and looks amazing. Lasts twice as long as Jean Juarez. She just put in some hair extensions and was able to match up the color 100% - that's talent! She also does wig cuts to make them look natural for people going through cancer treatment, etc. Her rates are reasonable and she truly is a wonderful person who listens attentively, helping you achieve your best look.
