"I really really wanted to give this place a higher rating because I read all the reviews before going here but unfortunately I left trying not to cry. I am sure that all the other stylists are amazing but if you go here I would not recommend Kim. She was nice but said a lot of extremely hurtful comments to me. There was a huge language barrier so I wonder if that was the major problem but she cut my hair way shorter than I wanted it to be. I said light layers and she practically gave me bangs. I take a chemotherapy drug for an autoimmune disease I have and she kept commenting on my hair loss, how thin my hair was, and how damaged it was. This is already a huge insecurity for me so she just made things worse. She also kept telling me how beautiful I was but that my old haircut made me look heavy. By most peoples standards I am not a heavy person but I do struggle with a severe eating disorder and body dysmorphia. Overall it was just really terrible and I would not ever want anyone else to have that experience. I’m giving it two stars because I’m sure that the other stylists are amazing. I just wouldn’t recommend Kim. Also her station was really gross and looked like nothing had been cleaned. There was other peoples hair in some of her brushes which grossed me out. Not a nice experience."
