"I have been going here for about 1.5 years. The quality of service seems to have gone down, so much so that I'll be cancelling any future appointments. The last two times I've gotten dip here they've rushed the process. They applied powder quickly and messily and then tried to compensate by sanding the nail down so much that the heat from the drill burned my nailbed underneath (luckily no longlasting injury, just pain). The nails have recently been chipping within one week and it's just not worth the cost of service. The last straw was when I got a pedicure recently. I had gel on my toes and the tech PEELED the gel off of my nails without letting them soak in acetone. Isn't this a massive no no? And I was still charged for gel removal! I did not realize until she was almost done with my second foot. As much as I love supporting my local businesses I can't justify spending my money here anymore."

"I have been getting powder dip nails here for 6 years and am a devoted customer. I haven’t been able to find the consistent care and quality anywhere else! They take their time and maintain the condition of the nail, caring about your repeated business rather than rushing customers with rough treatment in order to get many walk-ins through. Please make an appointment rather than walk in because often their schedules are full. Thank you Tran & all techs!"

"They cut my skin while sanding my feet roughly with a filer. I gasped due to the pain. They just dabbed my bloody toes with a tissue. Had to ask for alcohol to properly clean it…. I also got dip nails done and already started chipping less that 10 hours. Wouldn’t recommend it here…"

"I’ve been going to Roosevelt Nails for about 3-4 years now. They did close down recently for renovations and the place looks very nice now. Unfortunately my most recent nail experience was not ideal. As usual the techs were busy but my manicure this time felt very rushed and left me wishing I did not get my nails done. I picked a light color that typically requires an extra coat or two which wasn’t done, my cuticles unfortunately did bleed (which is not common for me), nails weren’t filed evenly, and I did feel pressured to leave a larger than desired tip with the auto 20% and the iPad placed in front of me at my seat with my tech in front of me. I usually love going to get my nails done here so I am hopeful this is a one off, but I do not feel comfortable coming back to get my wedding nails done here sadly. Hoping things improve…"

"I have been coming here for the last few months and have gotten both gel and dip powder. The nail tech who does the dip powder (red nails) did a wonderful job. I feel like she really listened to what I liked and communicated potential ways of addressing things I may not have liked as much such as the thickness of the paint. A different nail tech has done gel for me a few times both here and at Greenlake. Normally they are really nice (green and blue), but the purple set I wasn't as big of a fan because there ended up being air bubbles once it dried which is hard to determine what might have caused it. Overall good experiences with very kind and hard working individuals."
