"Stopped by after realizing we had a nail in our tire, turned out it was actually a nail and a screw. We have after market rims and we couldn’t find the key for them. The lady at the front let me know they would figure out how to get it off and it would be maybe $20 more to get the lock off. While we waited she came and interacted with our little one and pulled out the coloring books and showed where the colors were. It made the wait much easier. After waiting a little bit we were called back up to the front and the gentleman that worked on our car said he was able to get the lock off and provided us with a lock key in case of emergencies. This was so thoughtful. He said we were all good to go and I stood there waiting to pay, the lady at the front said not to worry about it! I was so surprised and genuinely grateful, definitely found our tire shop. What a stellar first impression, genuine care for their customers, fast service, clean restroom and just good people. We will be back for all our needs. Thank you so much!!"
