"John was the most accommodating cobbler we have dealt with. My son was visiting from MO and lost the heel on his everyday Doc Martin boots. He only had this pair he wore on the plane. We dropped the boots off and he set to work immediately and finished them at his shop in Goldendale almost as soon as they arrived in his hands. My son left Hood River right away and got there to have had BOTH heels addressed, as the other one was loose. I have wanted to write a review and this is the perfect opportunity. We will direct as many others to John as need shoe repair!!! Thank you, John"
