"Buyer beware this company advertises watches on their website then when you pay, emails you and tells you that it's not in stock and offers you other choices this watch was a present my husband picked out I went ahead and got a different watch instead .when I received it and gave it to my husband for his birthday he did not like to watch I emailed them asking how to go about the process so I can get my money back and return the watch now I have proof the watch has been in my possession for 9 days I also have all emails to prove they said they would not refund the watch for the amount of time that I had to watch. Steve the owner also said when he emailed me about the watch that he was gonna send me a Goody package for my inconvenience and not having to watch I originally ordered I received nothing not even a sticker. do not order from this company they do not stand by their customers I advise anybody on this if they won't take a watch back and refund that ihas nothing wrong with it they sure won't take back anything that has damage on it. And mind you this is not a cheap watch I paid a $1000 for it so you can understand my dilemma I have a $1000 watch my husband really doesn't like there's absolutely no reason why they should not take it back I would even handle a 10% restalking fee. I think it's kind of shady of a company to advertise things, let customers pay for them and then email them back once they have their money. Buy from reputable companies like Rockwell themselves."
