"An absolutely amazing experience! I've been needing to get a new pair of boots and was in the area so I figured I would just quickly browse the options Dr. Martens have to offer. I was helped by an employee named Rose, and they were so helpful and patient as I tried on many different options! They also gave me advice about the pros and cons of the different types of boots, which helped me so much in deciding on my favorite pair! I originally wanted a matte pair with a high heel and a side zipper, but there isn't currently a pair that fits exactly what I was thinking. I ended up going with the Sinclair Max, although I also considered the Jadon Max or Pascal pairs. Rose demonstrated that the Sinclair Max pair has a detachable zipper, which allows me different options that I am so excited about! I even ended up getting a shoe polish to keep my Docs looking new. Though I wasn't even expecting to buy anything today, I walked away a very happy customer. Thank you again to Rose for being so sweet and so helpful!"
