"So I just called foot traffic west to see what they offer for analyzing what type of shoe I should wear. I’m going to start training for my first half marathon and am pretty nervous about it and wanted to find a reliable knowledgeable place to shop for a shoe. Crystal answer the phone sounding completely miserable. I was planning on asking whoever answered the phone some questions about the best shoe for a beginner and what the store offered to help me with that decision. I really didn’t want to ask her anything because how she sounded. If you’re gonna answer the phone at the business you work at least sound like you want to be there. Be a professional."
