"I have been using the same stylist since I moved to Oregon. However, the past several times I have not been happy. I was recommended to see Heather at this salon by a friend, of course something came up and she had to cancel. No worries, I can reschedule. She booked me with another gal named Susan, okay. No problem. Susan is one of the most gentle hair stylists I have ever been too. She is very nice and listens to what you want and your concerns. I have only seen her once but I am so happy with the outcome and her service. I’ll be seeing her for everything from now on! Thank you Susan ❤️"
"Susan totally botched a friend of a friend's hair. She asked for them to dye her hair to cover up the gray hairs and wanted to make her natural hair color. She was a brunette, but they dyed her hair black. And completely burned her scalp and ears. She had to go to the ER to get special creams to help heal her scalp. The friend had called for nearly half an hour for someone to come help her as the dye was burning her scalp. But no one came then they washed her hair with hot water which burned her scalp and ears more. She walked out of there with a wet head. She can't wash her hair still. She has to use Aloe to even attempt to clean her hair. She went back with all documents to get a refund but Susan started yelling at her and cussing her out and banned her from the salon. So if I was you look for a new hair salon. This Susan is a very bad and rude woman."
