"I came here about a month ago. This is my first review I have ever left somewhere but I feel the need to let other people know about my experience. I booked with Alex to dye my hair darker and get a simple cut. Overall it came out looking good but I thought it was fairly overpriced for the service especially considering the haircut was maybe around 5 or so minutes.The part that made the hair service so unpleasant for me was how painful it was. As Alex was sectioning my head for the dye I would occasionally be jabbed with his sharp comb. Usually I look forward to the part where they wash your hair but I had a feeling I wouldn't this time. I was right. Even the part where he was blow drying my head hurt and felt like he was going to pull my hair out. I could have said something but honestly I'm one of those people that feels too uncomfortable to complain even if they're in pain. I thought the grimaces on my face would be enough. It wasn't. Anyways I haven't seen other people's comments say this so maybe it's just me, but I wish I had known this before I had come and could have gone somewhere else."
