"I had paid for a appointment $ 25.00 . The hair stylist had called and emailed me that she is not the one to do my perm. So had to take it on the chin an made a new appointment and AGAIN she got it .. canceled again . I asked her to make sure that she didn't get it. I guess she did and sent me a nasty email . Not sure I will make a new appointment."
"I was able to make the apt online and received my call back confirmation within seconds. I also had to call to change the time and the phone was answered with kindness, plus I was able to move around time. The haircut itself and experience was delightful and I enjoy the friendly staff!"

"Update still nothing has been done besides they reached out and said to go in and get a refund and they were closed so I have made multiple attempt to reach out with who I believe is the district manager and have gotten no response I can't believe thes we places provide such terrible customer service. I had to spend 50 and more gas to get it fixed to look some what respectable.Worst haircut I have ever had in my life I just got home and it's all crooked and long hairs everywhere nothing is straight and I had cut hair all over my face and lips just terrible"
