"Completely messed up my boyfriend's hair right before a wedding, and right before an interview. Didn't go with the reference photo, not shaped to his head, it's noticeably uneven. Looks choppy and unprofessional, and some parts were missed and uncut. His roommate was able to feather the ends and somewhat make it look decent but fingers crossed that my aunt who's flying in can fix it. Avoid if you want your hair to look decent and passable. A beauty school would be cheaper and the finished product would look so much better."
"Angela cut my hair very short without asking and ignored every direction I gavShe rushed through the haircut even though there was no one waiting. I may get my money back after contacting customer service, but I’ll never get my hair back. It wasn’t worth $14.99 and I regret it terribly. I hope I can stop someone from making the same mistake. #butchered EDIT with email responses from store. It’s obvious they didn’t even bother to read the review. FYI, it’s not my job to teach your staff to cut hair! “Ruth, Can you please forward pictures of the haircut and any areas of concern? Your original complaint seemed to infer she didn’t shave the undercut enough. Visual representation would really help in advance training for our staff. "Over all the employees here genuinely care about the cuts their giving, I like having a nice clean cut skin fade. Haircuts are on point, the customer service here has really good communication and I enjoy the small conversations to pass time."
