"The website said they took in anyone having a dental emergency, I called and was denied by the rude lady on the phone."

"I was in and out with 16 teeth extracted in about 90 minutes. I've had horrible dental visits before, but never here. They really make you feel heard and safe. If I could give them 10 Stars it still wouldn't be a strong enough rating."

"Refused to make me an appointment I wanted to make a 6 month appointment and they said they won't and I'll have to wait 10 plus months between cleanings(over phone) Very rude front desk, was asking questions and she had a terrible attitude(in person). Just always rude front desk terrible system. Finding new dentist"

"Dr Matzelle was great. Very friendly, confirmed the issue and fixed it right on the spot. Made sure I was nice and numb, and that I felt no pain. Shook my hand and looked me in the eyes when we talked. He didn't make It seem like he was ready to just jump to the next person or that I was patient number 30 or something. He was professional and has great "bedside manner". If you're like me and had nothing but bad experiences with the dentist.... this place will put your worries to rest. Once you get in and meet everyone. You'll feel like, okay this is where I'm going to be going from now on. Like when your favorite whatever place it is, you like their service and what they provide. Scheduling- it's only Mondays and Fridays is what I was told. I wasn't scheduled for another week but I called in to see if I could book out. They had let me know if I could make it in the next hour I could come in a week early. So that was awesome they actually offered. Something to think about if you're scheduled out and live near by. Yeah Staffing was great though and I liked their dental assistant, she was great too."

"The practice is in an office that is welcoming and pleasant. The waiting area was fairly comfortable and we didn't have a long wait. The staff were friendly and did what they could to make my anxious kiddo feel safe. Since this is the only dentist we can see with our insurance, I'm very relieved that it feels like a safe, compassionate place for my family to receive dental care. I don't feel the kind of dread I have in the past about scheduling appointments. Finally!"
