"If you go here go to Aly or Anna. The owner does not know what she’s doing! My whole left hand is crooked. And she cut my cuticle on my pinky, it is slit open and hasn’t healed.. it’s been 2 days. She then kept filing there when I asked her not too when it was clearly still bleeding! She said “ it’ll be fine when you go home don’t worry” also, this is dip powder on my REAL NAIL! $60! and it took her two hours! Terrible experience & wasted time AND money."
"Everyone knows woman need quiet restful time for her own peace of mind and comfort from time to time. One of the best ways to experience this is to get our nails done. The atmosphere is a must…. Being greeted and felt welcomed is the very first emotion that brings forth when you’re going to have self care time. Unfortunately this place is not that place more the time for many. Extremely long wait times … not listening to what the customer wants and needs . But recently my sister went here to get her nails done. Waited for two hours only to be met with rude questions and assumptions about her personal life that were so hurtful it brought tears to her eyes. These tears were not met with comfort or understanding … or apologies for the assumptions… but then were ignored by all that were involved . You never know what someone is going through.. offer a smile.. a compliment … and when your a business in a very small town… be careful with your words and assumptions of someone else’s life more than ever . Will not be returning and won’t suggest this business ."
"I’m new to the area and was looking for a nail salon to call home. Anna is amazing! I wasn’t sure what I wanted and she helped me with a design that was absolutely perfect for me. She’s very kind and patient and does excellent work! I’m definitely going to be coming back to her again!"
