"Disappointing customer service. Was harassed and asked about five times if I needed help or had queations about the Aveda products. Called to report and person on phone said, abruptly, that she "was sure" that the peraon did not mean to harass me and she was sorry I had "interpreted" it that way. Spoke to manager who also defended sales clerk but said she would speak to her. Told her I did not appreciate other salesperson's comment that I had "interpreted" the behavior. I said that she HAD left me feeling harassed. Manager stated, "Well....she is just very protective of this clerk". Is it about helping the cuatomer feel welcome or "protecting the clerk".Nice to have the apology, but your clerk WAS rude and treated me like a shoplifter."
"I recently had my hair cut by Tracy at Mad Maggies in Sequim WA. Cut is great, no cut lines she is a professional. Color was exactly what she said it would be, turned out perfect."
