"What can you say about Costco that has not already been said? It truly is one of my favorite places to shop. The Sequim Warehouse is fairly small compared to the other Costco locations that I have visited , but I always manage to find something that I didn't know that I needed. The people that work here are great, especially in the pharmacy."
"Sometimes it isn't as much about product and price as it is about public service. Yesterday I unknowingly dropped my wallet at I was finished getting fuel. I'm here as a tourist, boarding a ferry to Victoria when I realize my wallet is not in my purse. What a horrible feeling as I think about the possibilities, deactivating credit and debit cards while a friend called Costco to see if someone had turned in a wallet. Can you imagine my relief when Costco management says yes! Someone turned it into gas attendant and it was locked in the safe until we returned. The only downside at that point was that Costco closes at 6 pm and the ferry return would mean we wouldn't make it to Costco until 6:15! Costco at Sequim graciously told us no worries, someone would be there at the door which could get my wallet for me. Grateful and relieved on so many levels. Thank you Costco for being more than price and product. Compassion, hospitality and public service are often.... Priceless!!! Thank you, Julie, Karl and Jim."
