"Horrible. They have been my broker for my business insurance since 2016. I have a question that I have been trying to get answered for many weeks. I had someone respond who obviously did not care to read my question or ask intelligent follow up. So I will be moving my policy to a broker who will even fake caring about my questions and the concerns of my business. In the years I have had this policy, never a policy review to make sure I am properly covered etc. POOR POOR POOR."

"Last year PHE decided that the premium for liability only on my 1995 Ford Taurus needed to be more than full coverage on our 2013 Hyundai Elantra. Sold the 2013 Elantra and purchased a 2023 Elantra with an immobilizer. A month ago we received a letter from PHE politely explaining that they needed to raise the premium for the 2023 Elantra another $720 a year because it's a Hyundai. Hey Reid Ekberg it has an immobilizer!!! Over the last two years PHE has become Liberty Mutual. I don't recommend this agent or Safeco."
