"I have been with Michael for around 8 years. Hes been amazing. No im not paid or asked to say this, i just got off the phone with him fixing a huge issue, and figured i finally needed to write a review about him. Any time there is a issue with big allstate messing something up, or not doing something, michael has always fixed it. Hes a amazing agent, and im happy he is there to help out when needed. Just today there was a issue with confusion on my account when i had added a car, and the other was not removed, he back dated and fixed the problem, most agencies would give you a hassle or say to bad to sad. He doesnt just sell allstate insurance, he helps you deal with them when you need to. I would always rather have a agent, than deal with one of those 1800 numbers who dont know anything about you. Thank you again Micahel, Update. Been 11 years now and his agency is still amazing. Always takes care of every need and question I have."
