"I went to go return an item. The guy tried to put it on account that I no longer had. I told him I did not have the card anymore and he assumed I still had it. Then I asked him do I get cash back. He looked at me funny and then went and talked to his manager and told me I had to contact the bank that I no longer bank with! Thank you O'Reilly's I will never shop here again. You lost a customer for life with your assumptions!"
