She was super friendly and so eager to help, in fact she was incredibly helpful. We loved her! Go see Gwen and get some shoes, k? Thanks, Gwen!"

"Not the most welcoming staff. I was browsing for new clothes but felt I was being watched instead of being asked if I needed help finding anything or had any questions. When I was leaving I said thank you and they just stared at me, not saying a word. It was not a welcoming place. I went to other stores in the shopping center and bought new shoes and clothes instead."

"I came here about 4 years ago to have clear grip tape redone ok my limited addition sector 9 longboard. Had only the cash my parents gave me and bus fair. Called ahead and they had told me they had the grip tape. Gave it to them, waited 20 minutes and they came back out with black grip tape with a line down the middle showing the limited edition, 100% bamboo sector 9 logo. Asked them why they did that and was told they didn't have any. Refused to take it back and take it off without money. It quickly ruined the logo on the deck. And ontop of all they within a week the grip tape was already coming off... Ruined it. Horrible business practice."

"Employees were incredibly helpful. I had previously gotten a shirt and shorts that were the wrong size and was returning them for store credit (or the right size if they had it). They asked if I wanted them to look for the replacement items, assuming they meant i would have to go look around then bring what I wanted back. NOPE! They both went looking in the store and helped me find exactly the right pair of shorts in a size that works for me, the fitting rooms are seemingly closed at the moment so I appreciated the help. For the shirt they found one in the right size at another nearby store, they asked if I wanted to have it put on hold or have it sent to my house in a few days. Since I was in no rush I took the shipping option and left happily with my new pair of shorts, and my girlfriend got a couple cute tops for her birthday. All the other clothing stores in that mall area, I'm my experience, have never given that level of customer service."
