"We drove nearly 2 hours from our home on the coast to shop in Ptown. Our main objective was to find some cool stuff and that included going to this store! Hadn't been in one for years (the shame). We were greeted right away by Keith Ross who asked if he could guide us. Well ya... He assisted us with 3 new FV's and was super awesome. He went out of his way to find the right sizes and had 2 of them shipped. His colleagues were great too and there was the best vibe in there! I managed very high end retail for nearly 30 years so I know good management when I see it. Thank you for great service, awesome design and a fun experience."
"It would of been my second pair.. I thought they were $299, but then it turned out $379, they were darling. I really loved them they were comfortable but I really had to go to the bathroom and I wasn’t allowed to use her bathroom. that was kind of a changing point in my decision. I was going to buy a $379 pair of shoes and I couldn’t use the restroom. I consider that horrible customer service. I’m a very clean high-end hairdresser in town. Which if worn in my salon probably would’ve sold some"
"Rachel is amazing. We ended up buying my Wife 3 pairs of Fluevogs and myself a pair. Rachel took a lot of time helping us pick out shoes and even ordered some from a different store so my Wife and I both got the correct sizes. We will absolutely be back!"
