Vindicktive Bar and Wings

"After reading an article claiming these were of the top wings in the country, I decided to make it a point to stop in and check them out... With that being said I have been in twice to give them a try and on both accounts I stopped in on a Wing Wednesday. First the good... the 'hole in the wall' atmosphere is awesome. The overall feel of the place is classic Seattle and in fact exactly what you need and expect from a dive bar. The staff was very helpful and friendly. All of them were attentive to your needs and did a great job explaining the flavors, menu, and drinks. Being there to taste the world famous wings, I ordered a few beers and some wings. The beers were cold and exactly what you expect from draft beer, however the wings were small and over cooked. I for one, love crispy wings but on both occasions I was served over cooked wings, to the point that some of them were inedible. Flavor: On my first trip I had some deliciously flavored Lemon Pepper wings but unfortunately the second trip they tasted more like butter and old oil wings. All in all I think the place has some potential but the inconsistencies in the kitchen really hinder the overall experience."

"Would give 6 stars if possible. Spread my ashes in the upstairs at vindiktive wings. Had a big group so we were able to reserve the upstairs room for a few hours. Highly recommend. Was our first time going there so we didn’t quite know what we were getting in to. Music was bumping and the upstairs room is no joke. Personal bartender and arcade games with room for 20+ people is certainly a tone setter. If you’re lucky enough to have Dave serving you drinks do not hesitate to pick his brain and get some life advice. Now for the food. Didn’t take many pics but garbage plate was amazing, fries were crisp and delicious, chopped cheese was an experience, wings were spectacular to say the least. Never been to Buffalo but might move there if this is what their food tastes like. All in all, wicked spot with amazing food and atmosphere/service off the chain. Will certainly be coming back. "Best wings west of the Mississippi! We’ve been following these guys since the pop up days and they went from serving incredible food to now serving an incredible overall experience. The bar is so fun, the service is impeccable and the food is FIRE! It’s our go to spot for a guaranteed awesome night out."

"If you're a fan of buffalo wings then this is the spot for you and even if you're not a Buffalo Bills fan, stay for the game because the energy here is incredible. With dive bar vibes, this is a great spot for good food, drinks, and watching the game. I tried Vindicktive when they were renting space at Rose Temple and was so excited when I heard they were getting their own restaurant. They have a short but delicious list of sauce options delivered on a crispy mix of flats and drums. I tried the mango habanero and hot buffalo sauces which were not as spicy as I expected but packed a lot of flavor nonetheless. Our server was very friendly and attentive and when the Bills scored they ran around the restaurant giving out high fives. So excited to frequent this spot for happy hour with friends as well as events like trivia Tuesdays in the future. Primarily street parking in this area; if you're patient you can usually find a spot within a couple blocks. I'd avoid parking lots in this area because they're way overpriced."

"The service, the food, the atmosphere was PERFECT! oh my goodness the wings served here are TRUE buffalo chicken wings. My husband and I recently moved to Seattle from Buffalo, NY and have been missing buffalo chicken wings (AND blue cheese) ever since, and this place completely exceeded our expectations. We are officially loyal customers!"
