"Be sure you are very clear and direct on what it is your needing. I was in an accident and at first the shop seemed promising. However none of the mechanical issues I was experiencing were addressed. I repeatedly stated my brakes and wheels seemed to be affected. Understandably they couldn't do anything since they're body shop. But then my car was sent to an alignment shop but still, no one took the wheels off to visually inspect the brakes and wheels. And no one could confirm if the alignment they did would fix any of my issues. Just was done 'as a courtesy'. When I asked HiTech if they could look at the brakes, they would have to send it to another shop where I would have to pay. It had already been three weeks with no communication about the bumper repairs. I would recommend using a different shop and one that is able to clearly communicate how they will fix and address issues. I am now taking my car to my own shop to get a second opinion as my brakes, which was my main concern, were never checked and they sent it to a second shop (Kimball Alignment & Suspension) that also did not address my concern. Find another body shop that will ensure all your concerns are addressed properly."
