"Recommended by a friend, I took my 1970 ford truck in for getting the finishing touches done to get it running after a engine rebuild, I was happy with the quote, told me it would be about 2 weeks, I called periodically to get updates and kept being told “2 weeks, I haven’t had time” after 4 months I called and he stated he doesn’t have time and has been waiting for my call, not sure why any true business would wait for the customer to call to pick the vehicle up in that situation. And I told him it was raining and wanted to wait until it wasn’t to pick my truck up so the new engine wasn’t exposed to rain and he proceeded to tell me if I didn’t pick it up he would put it outside and people would start robbing parts. And he was “tired of storing it”. Needless to say he has lost a costumer, as well as the gentleman that recommended me. He also scratched my brand new paint job in the engine bay didn’t tell me after I asked him to be very careful due to lots of hours put into it."
