"I have a warranty service contract with Titus Will Ford. I always receive outstanding service. They are " Customer Service" oriented. For a long time, I had to find a ride from Titus Will and back. I took Lift or Uber. I found out 2 years ago that Titus Will has a courtesy ride at theie expense. This service saves me time and money. The service people are always polite and smiling. "Terrible experience with the Ford service department. Had an appointment to do recall work on my truck in July only to arrive and be told I would need to leave it with them for 3 weeks to complete. Since this obviously wouldn't work for me I made another appointment for October (they claimed supply chain issues prevented any sooner). Called to confirm they would have the parts for my appointment but they told me they had no record of any appointment. Now the next availability is January and they still won't confirm that they will even have the parts available then or if it will just be another round of excuses. All this for a recall from Ford they say is urgent as a safety issue. Won't be using this service center again."
"Good service and quick to get jobs done. If it isn't within the time frame discussed. They will keep you posted and informed. My clutch went out in my vehicle. I called up the shop and they took my vehicle in right away. It was mentioned by one person it would only be a couple of days. I got call ,a short time after leaving the shop, and it was the service shop. Letting me know that it was going to take longer due to having to order a part from Illinois. It actually took less time then said for the part to come in. In no time my vehicle is good to go. Thanks Titus-Will Service Dept and Mechanics."
