They coordinated with my insurance and rental company and made it as easy as possible. My car was ready early and they kept me updated with text messages throughout the process. The front office staff provided some of the best customer service I have ever received. My car looks beautiful and it was spotless when I picked it up. My only very small complaint is that it took 10 days from the break in to drop off, but only because they are in such high demand. It worked out fine, and I would not hesitate to recommend Caliber to anyone."
