"I called them when I accidentally bottomed out my wife's car in my brother in law's driveway up in Kalama, WA. The whole thing for me was an embarrassment and due to the snow, I was stuck. J&B sent up one of their head guys and they came within an hour. He even put on chains on his vehicle to get up the road I was on. No other company in the area would even venture up this road due to the weather. Once he was there, he was empathetic and non judgmental, he walked me through the process, towed the car off the garden rocks it was stuck on and ran my card. He then kindly explained what I needed to get reimbursed by my insurance company. All in All J & B Towing Rocked!!! No pun intended. Thanks!!"

"An interesting story for your perusal that will hopefully give you a sense of whether or not to use this company, if needed. I was riding my motorcycle back to Vancouver from Bothell, WA, after I visited a close friend and his family for the weekend. I left Monday morning after staying there for the weekend. I suffer from chronic pain due to some old injuries. Along the way, the weather turned horrible and it started pelting cold rain. I began shaking and was feeling totally frozen, so after multiple stops to get hot coffee, I made the determination that I couldn't finish the ride back to Vancouver. I pulled off the interstate in Kalama and with my mobile phone dying, I called a close friend to bring a truck and try to load my motorcycle on the back of it for the drive back to Vancouver. As I was waiting a gentleman from East Africa who recently moved to the area pulled into Jubitz and I helped/taught him how to change a flat tire, so he could get back to Vancouver. When my friend arrived with the truck, I tried to get my Ducati into the back of the truck. No dice! So, I parked my motorcycle next to the Twin Perks Barista stand in Kalama and headed back to Vancouver to try to get some rest and ended up getting dinner with the friend who had shown up to help at Shari's. (In the photo below, my motorcycle was parked where the white car is parked.) Due to the fact that my pain was still relatively bad the following day, before 24 hours had passed, I sent a friend to retrieve my motorcycle from where it was parked, BUT it had already been impounded and towed by J&B Towing. Eventually, I was able to recover my motorcycle from J&B Towing no worse for wear, but it ended up costing me $374, because whoever called J&B Towing violated my rights by reporting my motorcycle parked incorrectly BEFORE the 24 hours that I am legally allotted to park the motorcycle had passed. The company was professional, but when I am passing through Kalama something always seems to go wrong."
