"We arrived at the Astoria Airport and needed a ride into town. Called the number and it went to voicemail, we got a text about 20 minutes later saying they weren't able to talk at the moment; never called back or followed up. The next day we needed a ride back to the airport, called, it went to voicemail so we left a message. After almost a half hour of waiting we called Royal Cab. If you need to get somewhere, call Royal Cab. Yes, the dispatcher isn't always the nicest nor is the ride the cheapest (Still cheaper than current Uber prices) but the drivers are nice and they pick up the phone."
