"Sad offering of men’s shoes/sizes/widths and gender neutral sizes. Only 1 pair of men’s shoes in wide and out of the store only 3&1/2 aisles for men’s. All the cute boots in women’s don’t have anything in store to try on. Found 2 cool boots and they don’t carry them online in larger sizes. Do better, offer more inclusive options. Pic below was the only option in wide, c’mon. Even checked with an employee and they agreed their options weren’t great but couldn’t recommend anywhere else. As a DSW rewards member I’m more than annoyed, my feet deserve comfy cool shoes too."
"I like this place! They have WAY more stuff than just shoes. It was a quick pickup stop for me this visit, which was my first, but I'll definitely go back when I have time to explore. Easy to get to from Interstate 5, easy parking close to store. Located in a large shopping center with a couple dozen big-name chain stores (Jantzen Beach Shopping Center). Went on a Saturday afternoon."
"Great customer service. Found my son a pair of basketball shoes.v Unfortunately a person stole a bunch of shoes and the employees couldn't do anything about it. Very disappointing. Portland needs to fix it's crime problems."
"I love dsw, but for some reason Google maps would only send you to the one in Cascade park, not this one even though this is way closer to me! According to the store clerks that is just the way it is. I found it strange but here are some pictures for all to visit the store!"
"Perfect, found the shoes I was looking for. Husband went to his toy store (Home Depot) and dropped me at DSW. They have a sale but my shoes were not on sale. I sent pictures to my siater and she asked me to get her a pair also. So, super happy with my visit today."
