"Needing to hold people’s purses at the counter, I get it as long as your consistent with it and you have everyone do so. Looking around and seeing other people with their purses on makes me feel that their consistency lacks and I’m hardly comfortable leaving my purse with cash in it at the counter. If they can’t be consistent with having everyone do it, how can I know they’re consistent with their hiring practices and that each employee is trust worthy."
"Wandering around I had no idea which kind of vibrator I wanted and then a really nice employee I forget the name I'm so sorry saw my confusion and showed me the WeVibe. Totally skeptical we were until we took it home and tried it! That thing is ridiculous! 10/10 would recommend! Going to visit again soon to purchase another one."
"Sales lady was amazing and helpful however on our 29 year anniversary I spent some hard earned money on a few toys including the we vibe melt instead of the trusty bullet I was convinced this was the way to go .It was dead by the time we got to the casino hotel charged it for hours and it worked for like 5 minutes .when I got home charged it for 2 days used it for 5 minutes 2 days later it was dead again. For a $150 it should last longer than a few minutes . Not to mention the vibration extender head toy I bought also wouldn't even come on either it was a big fail all away around . I literally cried. Trying to hang on to an almost 30 year marriage and wanted to spice it up .What a let down."
"Staff was very helpful. Without feeling like I was being pressured. There to assist with information I’d inquired on. They suggested two items that were related. Which I purchased one of the two. Do to the practically of the item."
"The gentleman at the counter, was able to assist in a very professional way based on a specific request I had. I stopped by LOVERS and they simply acted as though I was just a random customer and gave no effort to help. I will be a return customer for sure."
