"Last two times I've ordered their bacon burger they didnt bother putting any cheese on it. The photo shows it has cheese and the description states that it cones with American cheese. Yet they didn't bother making it correctly. Unfortunately won't be coming here again for quite some time."

"Ordered here from DoorDash. They didn't have the ribs, mashed potatoes and salad I ordered. So, they sent me a prime rib with fries instead. They charged me an additional $16 for the substitution. They didn't contact me or Doordash regarding the fact they were out of the meal I ordered and needed to do a substitution. I've never had prime rib before, but this hunk of blood red meat was tasteless and tough. I've give Lady Luck a few chances over the last two years of living in this area, but I'm done. I won't be ordering delivery or visiting them again."

"I ordered through door dash. They did send me half my order. They stated only after it was delivered that they were sold out of an item.. they didn't call and offer different items. Their phone rang busy when I called to find out why my dasher was waiting for an hour for my order. Then to top it off what I did receive was burnt. And missing half the dish and all the condiments."

"I ordered a bunch of food from here and didnt get anything even remotely resembling my order. Do NOT order delivery services from this place thru third party companies. The restaurant could not care less about whether or not they made a mistake. They basically plastered my receipt to a bag and said "I'm sorry this is your order". I spent more than 2 hours on the phone trying to get what I ordered delivered to me and the manager basically told me it wasn't his problem. In the end.. I spent over 100 dollars and was told it is not their problem. Does this look like the receipt?"
