"The food was great! However, the price is ridiculous. Spent over $30 for a soft beef taco meal and chicken burrito meal. The drive thru is really narrow. If you want to pull a truck and trailer, there is no way. At night, it would be a scary a drive thru as the plants around it made it dark during the day."

"Docking stars because they dont have the soda machine with flavors anymore!!! Why get rid of that. Generally this spot is hit or miss but is better than the typical fast food. Not always salty enough."

"I have been a fan of Taco Time, not only for the great quality fast food but also to support your mission of community and sustainability. I had an extremely disappointing interaction with the staff at the Lacey taco time on 12/2. The location was empty except for my party of two. An individual came in and asked the staff if they had any food to discard/give away. The staff told him no. I offered to buy the gentleman lunch, as it was extremely cold and no one should go hungry. The staff obliged and let me purchase lunch for this guest. Then, who I believed to be the manager, came up to me and stated that “we can’t allow you to buy food for those people because we’ve had a lot of trouble with the shelter next door”. I explained that I feel it is right to provide food to those who need it and the gentleman was being appropriate and respectful of the establishment. The staff then told him to vacate the premises, in my view based on the discriminatory opinion that he is unhoused. I let them know he wasn’t bothering anyone and they were clearly discriminating against him because he presents as poor and unhoused. I was so taken aback by the staffs prejudice and the apparent policy to not allow someone to buy a lunch for a hungry community member. To me, this is hateful, prejudicial, and goes against your posted mission to “Treat each other right. Be kind to our community”. I would have thought that Taco Time would treat all community members with kindness regardless of their socioeconomic or housing status. Truly disappointing to see this dehumanizing interaction between your employees and a community member in need. Do better."

"Updated review 11/27/23: Both service and quality of food back up to par again. With so many youngsters employed there, this Taco Time needs constant adult supervision (someone over the age of 30) to keep the level of quality up. Fortunately there are two older women that make sure everything is running tip top shape. Updated review 9/10/23: unfortunately the reverse has happened. Service is up to par but now the quality and portion size are a problem again. The crispy beef tacos were low on toppings and narrow to the point the shell caved in on itself. See pics. It wasn't much better than a Taco Bell taco and for the price I pay that shouldn't be. I suspect its was a new, poorly trained crew. This particular Taco Time needs an intervention. Original review: Although they have greatly improved their quality and portion sizes from last time, they still have work to do around prioritizing the orders. The drive-thru shouldn't take precedence over someone in the dining room that ordered BEFORE anyone was in line for drive-thru. We waited 22 min. (It's accurate because I tracked it) before we got our food. That's outrageous for a fast food restaurant. Its all because we kept getting pushed to back of the line as drive-thru orders came in. Apparently they feel pressured to get those done first but at the expense of anyone who's trying to eat in. Come on Taco Time....you can do better than that!.."
