"Caleb and Michelle were great! We stopped in 15 min before they were closing frantically looking for hiking shoes (the airline lost our bag and we were on the way to Olympic National Park). On top of that, my husband doesn’t wear a size that is easy to find in stores. Caleb and Michelle were super helpful, they even helped my husband find shoes that weren’t his usual size but because of the shoe they worked perfectly. They were patient, informative, and genuinely kind. They never made a fuss about staying late either. It was as if we walked in in the middle of the day. They definitely helped make a long, frustrating day a little bit brighter. I would highly recommend them for anyone in the area!"

"I am so happy I found this local shoe shop! I really needed the help and these folks are wonderful. Very friendly and helpful customer service and I was able to get fitted into a new pair of shoes that I am loving. I also got some quality running socks for a decent price compared to some other stores around town (coastal). Highly recommend! UPDATE 3/27/22:I am loving these running shoes and am so happy I bought them. It can be a risk to buy high quality running shoes because you don't know if they are going to work out until you have used them for awhile and by then they can't be returned so I was a little worried about that since I have always had issues with most running shoes I've purchased in the past but these are extremely comfy, no blisters, and I feel like I get super good bounce with them. The only issue I've had is my heel tends to slip up when I walk but the woman at Harrison's taught me a trick in lacing them that solves the problem so it has worked like a charm. Super satisfied! UPDATE: 6/15/22: the inside heels of these are thrashed. I bought these 3 months ago and now Harrison’s is owned by another shoe store and they wouldn’t help me. I can’t believe how ruined these got so quickly and I am not a long distance runner or anything, I used these mainly for walks and occasional jogging. Disappointed for the amount of money I spent on these."

"My foot doctor recommended Harrison's for orthotics. The owner made me a pair that did not give me the required support and was not willing to make any adjustments to help me nor to offer me a refund. They sell excellent shoes at Harrison's and all the staff have always been helpful but the owner was rude. It would serve him well to take a class in customer service."

"I forgot what excellent service felt like in a shoe store. Everyone working there was attentive, but one employee actually took measurements and fitted me for running shoes -- no one has done that for me since McLean's in Port Angeles 30 years ago! I thought customer service in a shoe store was a lost art, how refreshing to be helped in Harrisons. My new shoes feel like I'm wearing pillows, a HUGE difference compared to the $30 shoes I have been buying at Costco. I'm always going to treat my feet to Harrisons."
